Season 13 archive: Betrayal

Season 13 was named Betrayal. The wiki dates the start to 24 April 2026 and the length to 182 days. aRPG Timeline dates the start to 25 April 2026. Both are listed. The season is over. Beginner builds written for Season 13 are not the current ladder.

I opened the Season 13 patch page for the system changes and Hiim’s Season 14 change list for which builds moved afterward. Hiim can still show a Season 13 tier view. I am not reprinting that whole board here. The live board is the Season 14 builds page.

What the patch changed

Patch:Season 13 is the source for these three. I am not expanding them into drop rates the page does not give.

  • Map items now dropped only in white or unique quality. This did not restrict all loot inside map zones to those qualities.
  • Corrupted Heroes Invasion was added.
  • Tier 2 ubers were eased: minion life reduced by 25% on that patch note.
  • Loot filters gained syntax such as WIDTH.

Why Season 13 build guides still rank

“Beginner builds season 13” is a real query, and the season those guides describe has ended. Hiim’s Season 14 notes say 78 builds kept their Season 13 tier and list 12 solo builds that moved. If a video is titled Season 13, watch it for routing ideas, then check the Season 14 class page before you spend respecs.

There is no official beginner-build list for Season 13. Any “best starter” line from that season is a community tier.

Questions

Should I follow a Season 13 leveling guide?

Only as history. The live season is Alliance. Start at the Season 14 build index and the leveling guide.

Which start date is correct?

Wiki: 24 April 2026. aRPG Timeline: 25 April 2026. I am not picking a winner.
