No real-money market

How trade works

“PD2 trade” is a navigation query. The rules allow trades in game and on the official site. They permanently ban real-money trading, D2JSP, Tradia, and cross-game trades. This page will not broker an item, quote a rune price, or draw a market UI I could not open.

I requested the market URL and got a login wall. I am not going to describe fees, listing timers, or buttons from a screenshot I do not have. The wiki Links page says PD2 Trader is allowed to use the official OAuth. That is a price-check tool with permission, not a second economy.

Where a trade is allowed

In a game, using the game’s trade window. On the official site, after you log in. PD2 Trader at the GitHub pages host is the community checker the wiki says went through OAuth. The armory at live.projectdiablo2.com/armory is for characters and ladders, not a shop.

Global chat in Season 14 forbids trade messages. Take the deal to the game or the official market. If a site asks you to pay cash for a PD2 item, that is the ban the rules already wrote.

Prices

Rune prices move during a season. I do not have a checked quote for 28 October 2026, because the market was behind login and I will not scrape a third-party board and call it official. Use PD2 Trader or the in-game offer. If two listings disagree, they disagree. Do not average them into a “fair” high rune.

Questions

Can I buy items for cash?

The rules say that is a permanent ban. This site will not help you do it.

Why is there no price table?

The official market required a login when I checked. A made-up Ist-to-Ber rate would be a lie by the afternoon.
