Reading the guide

Terms of use

These terms cover projectdiablo.com, not the Project Diablo 2 realm. By using the site you agree to the limits below. The contact address for a legal or copyright note is [email protected].

I wrote these so the trademark line and the “we do not sell items” line sit in the same place as the pages that already say them. If a lawyer later needs a jurisdiction clause, that update will change the date on this page. I am not inventing a court.

The guide

Text is ours except where a page quotes a public source. Wiki images are used under CC BY-SA 4.0 with credit. You may link to any page. You may not republish the guide as your own site, and you may not scrape it at a rate that degrades the host. Game files, CD keys, and item trades are not offered here. Doing those things elsewhere can ban you on the realm. Their rules, not these terms, decide that.

Diablo, Diablo II, and Lord of Destruction are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. Project Diablo 2 is the name of the mod. We are not those companies. Names are used so the guides can be found.

No warranty

Patch numbers change. A sentence can be wrong the day a hotfix lands. Pages show a check date and a source. The guide is provided as published, without a promise that your character will survive Hell. Outbound links are other people’s sites. A bad download from a lookalike domain is not something we control. Use the links page.

Questions

Can I quote a paragraph?

Yes, with a link to the page and, if you quote a wiki figure, a link to that wiki page too.

Where do I send a copyright notice?

[email protected]. Include the URL and the work you say we used.
