PD2 patch notes, explained
The wiki Patch Notes page is the index for Seasons 1 through 14. Some early seasons point at Google Docs that can rot. Link the wiki index, not a doc URL you have not opened. Season 14’s page is the one that matches the live realm.
I used the Season 14 chapter list as a map: guilds, global chat, notifications, general changes, mercenaries, loot filter, controller, bug fixes, maps, map events, ubers, then seven class blocks. I did not paste the page. The useful question is who has to respec.
Season 14, by who it hits
If you only read one patch, read Season 14. The other seasons explain why an old guide disagrees with the game.
| Chapter | Who it affects | Next page |
|---|---|---|
| Guilds and global chat | Everyone in town | Global chat fix |
| Stash rebuild | Anyone with shared tabs | Stash changes |
| Class blocks | The character you are rolling | Class changes and build pages |
| Maps and ubers | Endgame farmers | Maps and boss guides |
| Controller and loot filter | Deck players and filter users | Controller and loot filter |
Older seasons
Season 13 (Betrayal) is the archive people still search. Its headline changes were white-and-unique map drops, Corrupted Heroes, and easier tier-2 uber minions. The start date disagrees by a day between the wiki and aRPG Timeline.
Seasons 1–12 are on the same index. Use them when a video title names an old season. Do not treat a Season 9 runeword list as current without checking New Runewords and the Season 14 notes.

Questions
Where is the Season 14 patch?
https://wiki.projectdiablo2.com/wiki/Patch:Season_14 is the page. The index that lists every season is the Patch Notes article.
Why not copy the notes here?
The wiki is the document the team edits. A second full copy goes stale the next hotfix. This page is the “who cares” layer.
