Barbarian builds in Season 14
Season 14 cut Whirlwind and two-hand mastery. Hiim still lists two-hand Whirlwind as a Top clearer, next to Warcry and Double Throw. Frenzy and one-hand Whirlwind are Good. The math is on the class-change page. This page is the tier and the choice.
I watched the title and date on JuxtAPoser’s Season 14 Whirlwind barbarian video, with its upload date unverified, and kept Hiim’s sentence separate: Whirlwind remains Top and was still nerfed. Both can be true. I do not have a written Travincal barbarian gear list, only Hiim’s Utility tag.

- Top: Warcry (River of Blood 4:20, S13), Whirlwind two-hand (River of Blood 3:33, S13), Double Throw (River of Blood 4:35, S13).
- Good: dual-wield Whirlwind, Frenzy, Split Throw.
- Mid: Fire Whirlwind, Leap Attack.
- Utility: Travincal barbarian. Hiim does not publish a written route for it on the page I used.
How to read the nerf
Two-hand Whirlwind lost base enhanced damage (40% to 20%), per-level damage (6% to 5%), and a frame of two-hand speed (5 to 6). One-hand mastery’s critical cap rose from 35% to 45%. Hiim’s reading is that Frenzy and one-hand gained relative ground. If you are respeccing a Season 13 two-hander, read the class-change page before you assume the old weapon is still the plan.

Questions
Is Whirlwind dead?
Not on Hiim’s board. They kept two-hand Whirlwind in Top after describing the cut. Dead and nerfed are different words.
